This painting really caught my eye because it's so unique.. you have such a great sense of style! I love the drip effect you made with the paint and also the shapes you put around the person. I also like how your style is a bit messy but clear at the same time. You can see the clear image but it puts a grungy feeling behind it. There's only a few questions and suggestions I have..

Eyes - I liket he fact that you can't see the eyes and they're just black holes, it adds mystery to the piece. But right now they look a bit like wholes, which is great if that's what you were going for. But if they're intended to be goggles then I think a bridge over his nose where they would connect would help bring that out a bit more. The rims of the goggles also help tell that he's wearing something and they aren't part of his face so well done there.

Mouth - What emotion are you trying to bring out of this piece? It's wonderfully filled with question and wonder, but the smile feels out of place for the colors you chose. This has a more darker feeling to it so I was questioning what your character is really thinking about and what he's telling us with his face.

Other then that I think this painting is spectacular. You've done an amazing job with it and there isn't much I would change. I love your style and unique spin on painting so well done! If you have any questions about my critique feel free to let me know. I hope this helps your future artwork!
